Projects are shared as .mixtape archives.

Export

$liner share mobile-design-foundations

This writes:

mobile-design-foundations.mixtape

The archive is a zip file with the saved folder contents.

Import

$liner import mobile-design-foundations.mixtape

The CLI unzips the archive and refetches uncached web and YouTube sources unless you pass:

$liner import mobile-design-foundations.mixtape --no-refetch

The terminal UI import flow skips refetching. It extracts the archive into your Liner workspace, then you can open the folder and compile when you want fresh extracted source files.

Export Options

Private Material

The local-sources/ folder is included by default when sharing. Legacy personal/ folders are included too. Use care before publishing or sending archives that contain local PDFs, exports, or company material.

For library-style submissions, use public sources and pass --no-personal so private local-source files are not included.
